Miami Mia! Jim Morin Wins Pulitzer

Congratulations to Miami Herald editorial cartoonist Jim Morin, who is the winner of the 2017 Pulitzer Prize in Editorial Cartooning. Jim's been running here on the GoComics for quite some time and we're incredibly happy for him. I had soup to celebrate. I love soup. Way to go, Jim!

Congratulations are also in order for GoComics cartoonist Jen Sorensen, who was one of two finalists this year.

In addition to a statue to be properly presented at a luncheon next month, Morin will receive a $10,000 cash award and a certificate. You can click here to read Jim's Pulitzer submission.
