The article continues (unfortunately, gocomics will not allow me to post the link):

“The Cubans say there is no evil that lasts a hundred years, and Kissinger is making a run to prove them wrong,” Grandin told Rolling Stone not long before Kissinger died. “There is no doubt he’ll be hailed as a geopolitical grand strategist, even though he bungled most crises, leading to escalation. He’ll get credit for opening China, but that was De Gaulle’s original idea and initiative. He’ll be praised for detente, and that was a success, but he undermined his own legacy by aligning with the neocons. And of course, he’ll get off scot free from Watergate, even though his obsession with Daniel Ellsberg really drove the crime.”

Henry Kissinger was a ruthless warmonger who left a long trail of chaos and murder around the world. From the latest posting of Rolling Stone is a retrospective look a the evil SOB:

“The Yale University historian Greg Grandin, author of the biography Kissinger’s Shadow, estimates that Kissinger’s actions from 1969 through 1976, a period of eight brief years when Kissinger made Richard Nixon’s and then Gerald Ford’s foreign policy as national security adviser and secretary of state, meant the end of between three and four million people. That includes “crimes of commission,” he explained, as in Cambodia and Chile, and omission, like greenlighting Indonesia’s bloodshed in East Timor; Pakistan’s bloodshed in Bangladesh; and the inauguration of an American tradition of using and then abandoning the Kurds.”

Right … tell that to anyone who can’t afford to buy a house or a new car, thanks to Biden’s inflated interest rates.

Kissinger should have assumed room temperature years ago. Funny, isn’t it, that evil SOBs like Kissinger always seem to live on and on and on. They linger … much like the boorish guest who doesn’t know when it is time to go home, or a bad odor … the source of which you can’t find.

Well … if you can’t fix stupid, then you’ll be stupid the rest of your life.

Bwhahahahahahahahahahaha! I think Obama was a bad as Biden, but I have to agree with his assessment of the grifter’s ability to F things up. Let’s also remember that Robert Gates, a Secretary of Defense under Obama, commented, in his 2014 memoire, that Biden “has been wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over the past four decades.” It seems that the grifter’s string of humiliating failures has extended into 2023. You can’t fix stupid!

Right. Biden’s so keyed in to what Americans want/need that most don’t want him to run again. Not exactly what you might call a vote of confidence in the grifter.
