   Gus speaks the truth. My flood insurance is a killer. Need to have it but I really need to move. I guess no matter where you live there is always something.

   It’s funny. The people with lots of money, that I have known, not a large number though since I don’t run with that crowd a lot. They don’t talk about it and really don’t show it. If you show an interest in what they do they will help you.

   Maybe he will just buy his house and sell his condo or maybe just trade. He could always just lease his house.

   Their real estate helps in their expansion. Don’t lease the property own it. You can always rebuild and lease it out.

   I thought they bought a new couch. If not they have put a lot of wear on this one and if they move they can just get one there.

   Age seems to reverse time. When you move to a home the clicks are in full swing (what group you eat with, park walkers with etc.) and you move backwards into lower grades. Finally pre-kindergarten, diapers and assisted living, before graduating to the beginning. At least watching my mother and mother-in law at two different facilities seems to be the case.

   Yep, wind coming across the water is pretty cold. Just an excuse to go in by the fire. Maybe a bath and some wine?

   Well, I’m not either. Even my dog is regulated to the time before the change. Leave it one way or the other but leave it.
