The big bone myth has nothing to do with insulin production. It is all about what you consume. Look up Dr. Michael Greger’s not-for-profit website called nutritionfacts and search diabetes for more information.

The leading cause of Type 2 Diabetes is too much fat, not sugar. The fat prevents the absorption of insulin produced by the body. For anyone interested, do a search on it and read the studies. There are multiple links I can provide.

Everyone should read “The Lorax” by Dr. Seuss. He speaks for the trees!

The best place to get your medicine is the produce aisle. Much cheaper too!

No different from murdering innocent pigs and cows to eat their flesh. The only reason to do so is to absorb the nutrients that they have ingested from the plants they have eaten. It is much more humane to just eat the plants ourselves. We get all of the nutrition without the saturated fat and bad cholesterol. We would also not be killing harmless beings.

We also don’t need to consume other mammal’s breast milk. It is only intended for their specific species to grow as fast as possible. If humans were meant to continually drink milk we would never get weened off of human breast milk.

Before anyone attacks the message, please read the facts at www.nutritionfacts.org. The science is there, it just needs to be known.

As a human, I do not consume breast fluid from other species. If our bodies needed to drink milk we would never ween off of our mothers. Dairy consumption increases the risk of several chronic diseases. If you are interested in the science, go to:

It’s your body and your choice. Do what you want but at least know the facts.

More than half of the animals that humans eat are bred by farmers for that purpose. Reducing animal consumption would naturally reduce the animal population. Calves are being born too big due to the hormones and other drugs being pumped into the sows’ so they can grow bigger at a faster rate. As for the crops, 80% of the corn and soy beans grown in the U.S. are for animal feed. That is more than 6 times the amount needed to feed the entire planet’s population. We all need to do our part to save the planet.
